1. Introduction

With Sprinter 2000 you can send e-awb, e-hawb and e-manifests to a third party (e.g. airline or warehouse). The systems need a Message Provider, such as Cargonaut (NL) or Seagha (B), to deliver the messages to. The Message Provider will send the message to the correct recipient (airline, agent or warehouse).

Sprinter 2000 uses the CargoIMP message format. This is a world wide IATA standard and is accepted by all IATA airlines.
E-AWB: CargoIMP format FWB
E-HAWB: CargoIMP format FZB
E-Manifest: CargoIMP format FHL

2. Subscription

You need a subscription with your message provider. Contact your Message Provider about how to get a subscription.
You will receive an email address from your message provider which you must use to send your messages to. Your Message Provider needs to know from with email address you will be sending the messages from. In some cases (Belgium, Seagha) you need also a Sita address.

Notice : If u use a FTP account with your provider then you have to change this to a email account. Your change of delivery is email.
Always ask your Message Provider that you wish to receive a receipt when you send your message. This is the only proof there is that you have send your message.

It is also possible to send your eawb to traxon via ftp. In order to do this you need a subscription to this service from Traxon.
A ftp adres, a username and a password will be provided by Traxon.
It is also possible to send directly to a given adres in whatever way that suits the receiver. 

3. Settings for E-AWB en E-HAWB

Click the button " Settings " on the AWB screen. The following AWB Settings screen will appear:

Tick the Send Electronic AWB (FWB) option to enable the E-AWB. Then enter your senders email address you have mentioned to your Message Provider in the Senders Email Address box. The Recipients Email Address is the email address of the Message Provider to where you need to send your messages to.
If an Sita Address is required please enter it in the Senders Sita Address box.

Do the same for the electronic HAWB (E-HAWB) If you make use of this.

4. Settings for the E-Manifest

Click the button " Settings " on the Manifest screen. The following AWB screen will appear:

Tick the Send Electronic Manifest (FHL) option to enable the E-Manifest. Then enter your senders email address you have mentioned to your Message Provider in the Senders Email Address box. The Recipients Email Address is the email address of the Message Provider to where you need to send your messages to.
If a Sita Address is required please enter it in the Senders Sita Address box.

5. Sending an E-AWB or E-HAWB message

To send an E-AWB of E-HAWB message to the Message Provider, you can click on the E-AWB of E-HAWB button on the (H)AWB screen. A screen with sending information will appear and the message will be sent. After the message is sent the message Message is sent. pops up.
When you have indicated to your Message Provider that you wish to receive a receipt for your transmission, you should receive this in 10 minutes in your regular email program.

6. Sending an E-Manifest

To send an E-Manifest to the Message Provider, you can click on the E-Manifest button on the Manifest screen. A screen with sending information will appear and the message will be sent. After the message is sent the message Message is sent pops up.
When you have indicated to your Message Provider that you wish to receive a receipt for your transmission, you should receive this in 10 minutes in your regular email program.

7. Procedure

Please follow the next procedure:
1. Send your e-awb, e-hawb and e-manifest messages
2. Wait till you receive the receipts for these messages
3. After you receive the receipts, delivery your shipment to the airline

If you receive error messages (FNA), please check you shipment information and resend you message (e-awb, e-hawb, e-manifest). If you are not sure what is causing the error message, please send the error message to Cargo Data Systems ( Dit e-mailadres is beschermd tegen spambots. 9. FTP Settings.

If you want to send your e-awbs, eahwbs and e-manifests to the same 3th party (air freight carrier or warehouse) then you can use the FTP option to directly send the e-awbs, eahwbs and e-manifests to the 3th party ftp server.
