BASE LICENSE Customs Warehouse including one user (single user version), including support EUR  140.00 per month
Additional user (network version) EUR   35.00 per month
Client/Server module (advised in case of 3 users or more, including Database Server software) EUR   50.00 per month
Invoice Module EUR   35.00 per month
NCTS Arrival declaration (requires Minihouse. price excluding costs Minihouse) EUR   45.00 per month
WMS Module EUR  100.00 per month
Scanner Module, only in combination with the WMS Module. Price excluding the scanner(s). UR   25.00 per month
DGVS Module (requires Minihouse subscription) including in Minihouse subscription
Message Server EUR   35.00 per month

Example:

  1. The total amount for a license Customs Warehouse for 5 users will be: EUR 280.00 per month. (140 + 4 user x 35)
  2. The total amount for a license Customs Warehouse with WMS and Scanner Module for 2 users will be: EUR 300.00 per month. (140 + 100 + 25 + 1 user x 35)

NOTE:

  • Customs Warehouse software is in Dutch.
  • Customs Warehouse software is licensed on a rental basis.
  • Customs Warehouse program is 'sold' over the internet, but is NOT a web application. You will not receive any software boxes or hard-copy documentation. The software and documentation can be downloaded from this internet site.

CONDITIONS:

  • Prices valid until 31-12-2011
  • Invoices are made for three months in advance
  • Minimum rental period is one year

  • Prices are in EURO excluding VAT, installation and training
